Monday at CFA


Monday evening after a hurried dinner Michel and I drove to an event in Tulle hosted by Probus and organized in coopération with Logis de la Corrèze and CFA les 13 Vents.

It is a wine vendor owned by Patrick Courtois, a local entrepreneur. He hosted a wine tasting event and we were able to taste a selection of particularly good wines.

We also had professionally prepared appetizers matched with each wine. The list included Foie Gras et confiture d'oignon, filet de rouget et tomate confit sur blinis, and filet de caille aux saveurs d'automne. After that we had a cheese plate followed by tiramisu aux fruits rouge for dessert. Not a bad way to end a monday.
